I did know that. That says a lot about the respect Joe had for Mike. Since we are playing, "Did You Know?". Did you know that Joe Dumars and Isiah Thomas hold the record for the number of years played together out of all of the great backcourts that are in the hall of fame. They played 9 years together and second I believe was either 7 or 5 years. They are the Alan Trammell and Lou Whittaker of NBA backcourts.
